  I bought plantation shutters from Armand's for 5 rooms over 25 years ago, before clients were in computers. The shutters look great and there has never been a need to replace them. Recently, I noticed a magnet which helped to keep them closed wasn't working and had broken off. I called Armands, real glad to see they were still in business. Tracy answered the phone, she couldn't have been more helpful. She told me to take a picture and come by and see if what they had would work. It looked like a perfect fit to me, and she gave them to me at no charge as a returning customer. I'm embarrassed to say that I accidentally threw them out when cleaning up my car, and I had to call Tracy again and ask for a few more of the magnets. Again Tracy couldn't have been more helpful, she left them for me to pick up with my name on it in case she wasn't there. They work perfectly. I'd use Armands again in a second if ever I need window treatments!
