  Good location. An old store and it shows. They often don't have enough or are out of stock. Give yourself alot of time ahead of your event to find what you need as they can order more of what your looking for.

  I don't write negative Yelp reviews, as I am a small business owner myself. But what transpired was shocking and just unbelievable. I was sold a helium tank by James as seen on this Yelp review one year prior. I brought back the helium tank for a refill (as I have done on multiple occasions). The valve was apparently broken after the last refill here so I brought it back to be looked at. The employee put the owner on the phone who proceeded to yell - yes yell at me. He proceeded to say that he doesn't sell his helium tanks and demanded proof that this was sold to me. His mannerism was so belligerent that I was shocked by what was happening. I replied that this seemed to be an internal issue with his employees, since this tank was indeed sold to me, it is not only written in their binder at Boswells - I watched the employee write it in there, but the same employee also wrote it that it was sold to me - on the tank. It's not my job as a customer to fix a problem that you have with managing your employees on what can and can't be sold. It's not my job as a customer to provide proof of purchase for something that an employee at your store sold to me. It's your job as a business owner to take care of your customers. And what transpired today was so beyond anything I've experienced before that I had to write this review to not only give the owner a wake up call on his inappropriate behavior which could only be classified as verbal abuse. I am still shaken, shocked and mortified for this business owner and all the employees who had to stand their watching there employer verbally berate a customer- for doing absolutely nothing then being a loyal customer. By the way I left the helium tank I had previously purchased, along with the helium refill which I had just purchased at the store - I do not care about the money paid - I refuse to do business with a business owner without self respect or respect for others. Do unto others as you would have them do u to you. It's that simple.
